Step 1
Open a web browser and navigate to tools.gmu.edu. Log in with your Patriot Pass credentials.
Step 2
Select Restore from the left-hand menu.
Step 3
You will be presented with a list of MESA shares that you have access to, including your personal files which are located in My Data. Select the share from which you deleted the file.
Step 4
Select the day that you would like to have restored, you can go back as far as 3 months. Every file in that share will be restored, you cannot select individual files.
If there is a lot of data in that share, it may take a while to restore.
Step 5
Your MESA restore is now complete and will be located in M:\restores. Please copy your files to the appropriate location as soon as possible as the restored files will be removed in 3 days.
