  • Banner Admin Apps and Patriot Web Issues

    Updated

We are aware that some users were experiencing slowness or disruptions with several university systems, including PatriotWeb and Banner Admin Apps, as well as other services that rely on our core administrative database infrastructure.

    What Happened:

During a planned infrastructure improvement effort, a configuration change introduced unexpected slowness and other performance issues in our database environment. This caused a cascading impact to several dependent systems and services that integrate with that infrastructure.

Our teams, in partnership with our technology vendors, are actively working to stabilize all affected systems and restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

    What you may experience:

    • Slowness or timeouts when accessing PatriotWeb, Banner Admin Apps or related services
    • Delays in data updates or processing across connected systems

    What we are doing:

    • Our technical teams are engaged and working to resolve the issue
    • We are monitoring all affected systems closely and prioritizing restoration of service
    • Updates will be provided as the situation progresses

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. If you continue to experience issues, slowness or otherwise, please contact the IT Support Center for assistance. We want to continue tracking issues as they may persist.
