Technology Investment Request Lifecycle

For projects that require making an investment in technology and resources, the Technology Investment Request Lifecycle allows you to work with Mason’s Portfolio and Project Management Office (PPMO) to ensure:

  1. Resources are allocated to your project to help you be successful from the start
  2. Your project is planned and executed efficiently
  3. Projects are aligned with Mason's priorities

How it Works

The Technology Investment Request Lifecycle is a continuous process where users can submit requests for review from the IRSC and Ways & Means. The Investment Prioritization Process occurs semi-annually in January – March and September – November in line with Mason’s budget review cycle, but requests can be submitted at any time.
