Have an idea?

Once you identify a need for a project or investment that will benefit your team or department, Mason’s PPMO team will assist you in articulating your idea so you can get what you need to get it done – whether it is help from IT team members or additional funding.

Request Help

Once you are ready to request help from the PPMO team, you can fill out the intake form with the following information:

  • Name of Request  - what you want to call it
  • Request Type – what the result is – whether process or technology
  • Description – a little bit of background and details to help us get started
  • Executive Sponsor – who is asking and responsible for the request
  • Point of Contact for Request – who should we be working with on a day-to-day basis
  • Mandate Status – is this something that must be done and what is the reason

Click the Technology Investment Request button from the menu to access the intake form.

Build Business Case

Once your request is reviewed with a member of the PPMO and we determine that a business case is the correct next step, the PPMO will work with you to complete it.  Note - Not all requests will require a business case – our goal is to make sure we get you the help you need as efficiently as possible.  The business case template and instructions are available below.
