You can restore deleted or accidently modified files and folders on the Patriot Drive using the Windows Previous Versions feature.
Step 1
If not on campus, connect to the VPN using the Cisco Secure Client.
Step 2
From Windows File Explorer, navigate to a Patriot Drive folder that contains the file or folder you want to restore.
Step 3
Right click on the folder > click Properties.
Step 4
Click the Previous Versions tab > select the version you want to restore > click Open.
If you don’t see the version you want to restore, create an ITS ticket via Patriot Drive. ITS may be able to restore an older version.
Step 5
A new File Explorer window opens showing a snapshot of the folder. You may copy and paste the file or folder you want to restore to a desired location on the Patriot Drive.
