Are there deadlines for submitting software requests or can they be submitted at any time?

Due to the high volume of requests each semester, requests for software installation must be received by the following dates:

  • Fall Semester: July 15
  • Spring Semester: December 1
  • Summer Semester: April 15

Software requests are not processed during system maintenance periods (the two weeks prior to a semester). Requests received after deadline dates will be processed after the first two weeks of the semester.
