Step 1
Mason-manged systems: Open Mason Self-Service and log in with your Patriot Pass credentials.
Non-managed/personal systems: Visit the Vonage website to download. Skip to Step 4.
Step 2
Click Install under Vonage Business.
Note: A progress wheel will appear
Step 3
Open Vonage Business in the Applications folder.
Step 4
Click Sign In.
Step 5
Select Log in with Single Sign-On.
Step 6
Sign in with your full email address as the Username (NetID@gmu.edu) and your Patriot Pass password.
You will receive a Duo Push notification.
Note: Do not stay signed in on shared devices.
Step 7
Once logged on, select Allow and begin using the application.
Note: If “Cancel” is selected, the process must be restarted from the beginning.
