The ITS Ticket System vendor, TeamDynamix, reports they have resolved the performance issue as of 9:11 this morning. They continue to monitor to ensure performance doesn’t degrade again and are working to determine a root cause of the issue.(READ MORE)
The ITS Ticketing System, TeamDynamix, is reporting issues with performance. This affects ITS ticketing services and the customer facing Service Catalog request system. As a result, trying to submit a request via the ITS Service Catalog is impaired currently as well. We will send out an update once we have more information.May 02, 2022 8:58 a.m.
