Microsoft Office 365 Multiple Services Disruption

Microsoft has reported that the issue with accessing multiple Microsoft Office 365 services should now be resolved.

Please contact the ITS Support Center If you are still experiencing problems accessing Microsoft Office 365 services.

Alert Updates:

Microsoft believes that their mitigation strategy has been successful in allowing clients to sign into the impacted Microsoft Office 365 services. They will continue to monitor the services and are working towards full recovery for any remaining impacted clients.
While clients may not have been able to establish a new log in into Microsoft Office 365 services, if they were already logged into those services, they may have been able to continue to use them throughout the service issue.
This issue appears to have been impacting multiple Microsoft Office 365 services (email, calendar, MS Teams, etc..) in locations across the United States. This issue may impact both the Office 365 employee and the MasonLive student tenants.

We will provide additional updates once more information becomes available.

Microsoft has determined that a specific portion of their infrastructure is not processing authentication requests as efficiently as expected and they’re rerouting traffic to alternate systems. Clients may begin to see their access to Microsoft Office 365 services improve as these changes update within the Microsoft systems.

This issue appears to be impacting multiple Microsoft Office 365 services (email, calendar, MS Teams, etc..) in locations across the United States. This issue may impact both the Office 365 employee and the MasonLive student tenants.

We will provide additional updates once more information becomes available.

Initial Alert:

Microsoft is currently investigating an issue affecting access to multiple Microsoft Office 365 services. Clients may not be able to access any Microsoft Office 365 services at this time. This issue appears to be impacting Microsoft Office 365 services in locations across the United States. This issue may impact both the Office 365 employee and the MasonLive student tenants.
