ITS Ticketing System issue with back-end processes

The ITS Ticketing System has been restored to fully operational status. The ITSM Core Team is working with the vendor to determine what the root cause of the issue was.

Initial Alert:

ITS is experiencing an issue with some back-end systems used for automation in the ITS Ticketing System.  We have opened a ticket with the vendor and are waiting on a workaround/fix.
