Alert Updates:

ITS was able to identify the problem resulting in dropped or low volume on calls. The equipment was serviced and we have not experienced these problems since Thursday evening, October 17th .

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Initial Alert:

We are currently experiencing intermittent dropping of calls. ITS is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
