Banner Admin Apps Issue

Resolved Alert:

The issue with the Banner Admin Apps has been resolved with the restarting of the applications running on one of the servers. The DBA Team will continue to monitor throughout the day.

Initial Alert:

There is an intermittent error with Banner Admin Apps which affects all browsers.  Users attempt to log in but receive a “Session expired” message.  When the “Reload” click,  it goes to the Ellucian vendor login screen. The DBA Team is aware of the issue and continue to work on the issue. The applications involved will be stopped/started after Business hours in the intent of correcting the issue.
