What if I don’t own a smartphone? Or I don’t want to install/add the Duo app on my smartphone?
Use of a smartphone is not required to use Duo. You can use a landline or office phone number during your initial enrollment in 2FA. If you choose this option, you will receive a phone call where you will be asked to press 1 to confirm authentication. However, once you have successfully enrolled in 2FA, you will need an alternate method to use as your authentication option. See List of 2FA Authentication Options
