Note: If you don’t see a Clutter folder in your mailbox, you might have the Focused Inbox option. See Focused Inbox for Outlook for more information.
How to disable the Clutter feature:
Step 1
Sign in to your Mason email via Outlook on the Web.
Step 2
Go to Options by clicking on the settings gear, and selecting Options near the bottom of the drop-down list.
Step 3
On the left-hand side of the screen, expand Mail.
Step 4
Expand Automatic processing.
Step 5
Click on Clutter.
Step 6
Select the “Don’t separate items identified as clutter” option.
Step 7
Click on Save.
It is important to note that even though the Clutter feature can only be enabled or disabled via Outlook on the Web, the Clutter folder will show up in all mail clients that are linked to that Exchange account. This includes mail clients on Windows, Apple, and mobile devices.
