Around 9:00am Monday 04/18/2022 ITS engineers completed a change in the authentication environment that had unintended consequences, breaking single sign-on into Mason Zoom. ITS was made aware of this outage at 9:27am and changes were reverted in ADFS and full functionality was restored by 9:37am. Single sign-on with Mason Zoom is now functioning.(READ MORE)
