Webex Teams: Some users experiencing issues sending files

Resolved Alert:

Services are restored and users are able to send files in Webex Teams desktop application. Cisco Webex indicates that the affected users have recovered and some may require an application restart or sign out and sign in to the desktop application if they experience the same issue. This incident is fully resolved.

Initial Alert:

Webex is reporting a service interruption with some users being unable to send files in Webex Teams. Webex has identified the problem and continues to attempt remediation. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause.
