Cisco Webex has resolved incidents affecting Webex Meetings in their data center(s). Please contact the ITS Support Center at 703-993-8870 or support@gmu.edu if you continue to experience issues.

Initial Alert:
Cisco Webex Engineering is investigating an issue impacting Webex Meetings in their data center(s). At this time, users may experience delays or failures with joining meetings and loading sites. Also, some users are unable to connect to VoIP (“Use Computer For Audio”) and video during a meeting. As a workaround, please re-try your operation or use a desk/cell phone for the audio portion of the meeting (Call me and Call in).
