VPN/DUO Service Interruption

Resolved Alert:

Starting at 8:20AM this morning, the VPN/DUO service was impacted by a security policy change. VPN users were unable to receive DUO push for authentication.  The service was restored at 9:05AM.


Initial Alert:

We have received reports of problems with the VPN and DUO.  ITS is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
