The ITS Ticketing System, TeamDynamix, is currently experiencing issues with email replies to tickets. Some email replies are being added to tickets, other are not. We are working with the vendor to determine what is causing this issue. If you are not sure if your email was received properly by the system, you can log into https://gmu.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/33/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/ to see your tickets.
