Mason Call Centers Intermittent Issues Logging In

Resolved Alert:

The call centers are now available and agents are able to log in and continue working.  Routing issues have also been resolved so that clients will no longer hear a message that the center is currently closed.  The vendor continues to monitor but feels that no recurring issues should arise.

Initial Alert:

Some call centers appear to be closed or not answering calls as the agents are unable to login to the phone system.  The vendor is aware of the problem as it appears to be a widespread issue impacting many organizations across the country.
