Resolved Alert:

Microsoft has reported that the issue with accessing Microsoft Teams is resolved. Access to both the Microsoft Teams desktop, and web clients should be functioning as normal.

This issue may have impacted both the Microsoft Office 365 and MasonLive systems.

Initial Alert:

We are receiving reports that some users are having problems accessing Microsoft Teams. Those experiencing the problem may see an “Operation failed with unexpected error” message when trying to access MS Teams. This issue appears to impact both the desktop and web MS Teams clients. Microsoft is investigating this as an issue within their environment.

This issue may impact both the Microsoft Office 365 and MasonLive systems.

We will provide additional information once it becomes available.
