Issues with Accessing Microsoft Office 365 Services using Outlook on the Web (OWA)

Resolved Alert:

Microsoft is reporting that the issue with accessing Office 365 Services using Outlook on the Web (OWA) has been resolved.

This was a potential service wide issue with a primary impact to those in North America.

This issue may have impacted the Microsoft Office 365 and MasonLive systems.

Alert Updates:

Microsoft is continuing to work on the access issue with Outlook on the Web (OWA). They are reporting that they are working on additional updates to correct the issue and are completing validation of those updates at this time.

Microsoft is reporting this as a potential service wide issue with a primary impact to those in North America. This issue may impact both the Microsoft Office 365 and MasonLive systems.

We will provide additional information once it becomes available.

Initial Alert:

We are receiving reports that some users are having problems accessing Microsoft Office 365 using Outlook on the Web (OWA).  Those experiencing the problem may encounter an unexpected 500 error when trying to access Microsoft Office 365 services while using OWA.

Microsoft believes they have identified the cause of the issue and is working on applying updates to correct the problem.

We will provide additional information once it becomes available.
