Zoom has resolved the authentication integration issue.


Initial Alert:

Zoom is experiencing an intermittent issue impacting the authentication integration between Zoom and Blackboard. Zoom is working to resolve the issue.

If you have trouble accessing Zoom through Blackboard, please open Zoom on your computer via web browser at or via the Zoom desktop application, and mobile app. When accessing your Mason Zoom account you will need to sign in using SSO. Once in your Mason Zoom account navigate to “Meetings” and copy the Zoom meeting invitation for your class. You can send the details to your class in Blackboard.
