Dynamic Forms File Upload Issue

Resolved Alert:

As of 12:15 pm the Dynamic Forms file upload issue seems to be resolved. We have confirmed this on our end and are waiting to hear back from their support team as to what caused this issue.

Initial Alert:

Some users at multiple universities including Mason have reported issues with uploading or viewing an uploaded file. The issue was first reported to us at 9:41 AM on 6/29/23. We have opened a ticket with Dynamic Forms support, and they are trying to resolve this intermittent issue.
