DUO 2FA, VPN Service Interruption

Resolved Alert:

ITS has resolved the problem with DUO 2FA authentication. All dependent services, such as CAS and vpn.gmu.edu, are operating normally. We apologize again for the service interruption. Please contact the ITS Support Center if you experience any problems.

The DUO 2FA authentication service, used to complete Virtual Private Network connections through vpn.gmu.edu, is currently unavailable.  ITS is working to resolve the problem.  We apologize for the service interruption.
