Issue with Duo Sign In

Resolved Alert:

ITS was receiving reports of issues with Duo authentication from roughly 10:30 to 11:00 AM this morning. This issue is now resolved, but ITS has opened a ticket with the vendor and is requesting a cause for the outage.
