Vonage Latency and Degradation

Resolved Alert:

The issue with Vonage has been resolved.  It was related to an outage at Amazon Web Services (AWS).  The AWS outage also impacted other Mason systems, including Banner and Blackboard.

Initial Alert:

Vonage is reporting issues with system wide latency and degradation. Customers may be experiencing issues with poor call quality, the inability to make/receive calls, logging into the Desktop app and Mobile app. Issues with SMS/Messaging have also been identified.

Vonage engineers are working to quickly resolve the issue. We will provide updates at they are made available.
