Service Summary

ITS Support serves as the central point of contact for the university community for requesting IT support or information. Its mission is to provide professional and friendly service in support of excellence in teaching, learning, and research.

If an issue cannot be resolved within ITS Support, it will be referred to the appropriate resource within Information Technology Services for resolution.

Getting This Service

ITS Support services are available to all George Mason University faculty, staff, and students 24/7.

Apogee is Mason's service provider for wired, Wi-Fi, and cable access in the Residence Halls. Please see gmu.apogee.us for set-up information and to get support.

Policy

All actions taken by ITS Support comply with university and state policies, as well as applicable laws and regulations, including University Policy Number 1301: Responsible Use of Computing.
