Highly sensitive information should never be stored anywhere in Blackboard. In general information that could lead to identity theft is considered Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Some examples include, but are not limited to:

• Classified research information
• Credit card numbers
• Passport numbers
• Personal health information
• Social security numbers
