Enterprise Stategic Governance provides the central resource for three key groups within the Enterprise Service Delivery organization: Business Analysis, Data Governance, and the Portfolio and Project Management Office. These groups have a heavy focus on educating and supporting ITS and the distributed units at Mason through defined business processes that support the overall IT Governance Framework.
