EXTENDED MAINTENANCE
Impact of the change on users:
Starting on Friday, August 9 at 11:00 p.m., ITS will disable access to EasyVista, migrate all open EasyVista tickets to TeamDynamix, and replace all EasyVista service request links on the ITS website with TeamDynamix links. If you need assistance during the migration, please contact the ITS Support Center at 703-993-8870 or support@gmu.edu.
Reason for the change:
ITS is migrating to TeamDynamix, the new IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. (ID # 180249)
