EXTENDED MAINTENANCE

Impact of the change on users:

The power distribution units (PDU) for several rows in the Data Center will be shut down during the maintenance period; however, any systems that have redundant power supplies and are configured to switch to the redundant source automatically should not experience an interruption.

No impact to users is expected; however, if a disruption to services, applications, or websites occurs, ITS will post an unplanned outage on https://its.gmu.edu/alerts/.

Reason for the change:

PDUs in several rows will be shut down so electricians can safely perform work in the Data Center. (ID # 220517)
