A percentage of users were unable to authenticate on Wi-FI which meant they unable to connect to either 5G or 3G.
Initial symptoms:
Some users unable to authenticate to Wi-FI. User issues were spread out through all dorms. Outage/issues was not by building.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause:
Radius messages not being forwarded from WLC to RxG
Resolution:
upgrade wireless network controller/Cisco TAC patch
Prevention:
Review and monitor wireless upgrade. Upgrade was successful.
Other preventative measures:
Upgrade node capacity
VLAN Wired segmentation by building
Redundant circuit installed and tested for failover
