Problems with Logging into Mason’s ListServ Website

Clients were unable to log into Mason’s ListServ website. They were able to access the site and put in their credentials but they were not successfully logged in. All other functions of the ListServ software functioned as normal.

Clients were unable to log into Mason’s ListServ website.

Impact to Mason: 

Clients trying to log into Mason’s ListServ website were unable to do so. All other ListServ functions, posting of ListServ messages, updates sent via email, continued to function as normal.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 

It was determined that there was a problem in generating/passing the login tokens.

Resolution: 

Worked with the vendor to correct the issue and restart services.
