ITS received reports indicating Dynamic Forms platform was unreachable this morning between 8:30 am and 9:15 am.
Many offices use Dynamic Forms. All those offices were impacted.
From the vendor:
Early this morning our network engineer was applying patches to our servers and mistakenly modified the system time on one of our hosts – he moved it ahead 15 minutes. On time sensitive requests such as Single Sign On, the “request” (time from your server) and the “receive” (time on our server) are too many minutes apart causing an error.
We have adjusted times appropriately and all requests should be executed properly now. We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this caused.
Vendor will look into adjusting procedures.
