Rolling Wi-Fi & Wired Network Outages In Select Buildings at the Fairfax Campus

Impact of the change on users:

There will be rolling Wi-Fi and wired network outages in the following buildings on the Fairfax Campus, and the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phones will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window:

  • Art and Design Building
  • Innovation Hall
  • Nguyen Engineering Building
  • Research Hall
  • Sandy Creek
  • Shenandoah Parking Deck

Reason for the change:

ITS is upgrading building switches to the latest recommended code version. (ID # 239302)
