Impact of the change on users:

The ITS Ticketing Application (TeamDynamix) will be unavailable during the maintenance period. During this time users may not be able to submit requests via links in the ITS Service Catalog or view their ticket status online.

Reason for the change:

ITS is applying a new system update to TeamDynamix. (ID #184997)
