Impact of the change on users:
In-progress phone calls initiated from Mason phones to non-Mason phones prior to the maintenance period may drop during the maintenance period; however, in-progress calls between Mason phones will not be impacted. New outbound calls from Mason phones, calls to 911, and cell phone service will not be impacted.
Please plan accordingly for phone calls if you are using Mason phones to make outbound calls during the maintenance period.
