Using Microsoft Teams is not currently recommended unless the committee chair will be scheduling the sessions and conducting the tests, or the person coordinating them is willing to start and monitor each interview. The host should be the only one able to start the meeting. If it is set to “anyone in my organization can start the meeting,” then internal candidates would also be able to start the meeting.
