You only need a Claim Code if you don’t know your Mason NetID or Patriot Pass Password or need to reset your Patriot Pass Password.
If you are a new student or employee and need a Claim Code, Patriot Pass activation details were provided in your acceptance email from Admissions or onboarding paperwork from HR, respectively. If you need a Claim Code for an expired or forgotten password, you can request one. Then, you can use your Claim Code and G Number to begin the process to get your NetID and password. We have a list of available options to reset your account information.
