Zoom Access Issues

Resolved Alert:

As of 10:50pm Eastern, January 26, 2021, Zoom reports that they have seen indications that the external issue impacting Northeast US users’ ability to join meetings and access the Zoom website is now resolved. Mason Zoom users should not experience any degradation of services.


Alert Updates:

Zoom has validated that this issue is not internal to Zoom. Given the external factors of current regional internet access issues, this Zoom issue is not yet resolved.

Initial Alert:

Zoom is investigating reports from a subset of users that they are unable to access the Zoom website and/or are having issues starting/joining meetings. We recommend any impacted users dial into their meetings via PSTN while they investigate this issue.

This incident affects: Zoom Meetings, Zoom Video Webinars, Cloud Recording, Zoom Website (Zoom Dashboard & Reporting, Download Center, Web Portal, Web Client), and Integrations (Live Streaming).
