ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause:
A regional Verizon outage was caused by infrastructure damage in the Northeast.
Resolution:
Verizon either repaired damage or rerouted traffic.
Prevention:
Verizon-specific information. Mason ITS does not have this information and will likely not be given it.
