Respondus Lockdown Browser Errors

Initial Alert:

Some users are receiving an error message when using Respondus LockDown Browser with webcam to take a test in Blackboard. In addition, instructors may not be able to access the LockDown Browser Dashboard in their courses.

The issue is related to an Amazon Web Service (AWS) outage. We are working with Respondus to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
