Initial Alert:

At this time, ITS is receiving a number of calls from customers reporting problems with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). The cause has not been determined, and we are continuing to research the issue. If you use Remote Desktop, please confirm that your computer is allowing Remote Desktop connections. Please see instructions on how to determine if your computer is allowing RDP connections.
