Brief Outage for Single-Sign-On Service

The Single Sign On was emergency maintenance by the vendor to resolve a certificate issue.

On June 24, from 11PM to 11:30PM EST, ITS will perform an emergency task for our Single-Sign-On service, which will briefly impact users performing authentications at the moment when service is restarted. Users already authenticated into their applications should experience no impact. Single-Sign-On service is used when you try to login to Blackboard, Patriot Web Self Service, etc. We apologize for this inconvenience.
