SSO services experienced a moment of downtime after Unicon pushed the config change. If users experience a failed auth they should be able to refresh and try again. Outage of SSO services will be very short

Initial symptoms: 

Users will be unable to establish new connection requiring authentication.

All users attempting a new connection requiring Single Sign On services were unable to do so for a short period of time.

Authentication, Authorization & Account Services (AAA)
Other Affected Services: 
Single Sign On services through Unicon
ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 

Certificate needed to be replaced due to End of Life.

Resolution: 

New certificate put in place.

Prevention: 
Plan for replacing certificates that affect a wide ranging service such as Single Sign On during a maintenance window.
