I’m a Mason employee so why can’t I log into any Mason-owned Windows computer?
An employee must be in the departmental staff container (OU) in order to be able to log in to their Windows computer. You may request access from the departmental group administrator.
Students, faculty, and staff can receive technical support any time—day or night, on weekends, and even on holidays. If you need IT help, call 703-993-8870 anytime or create a ticket.
