The ITS Ticketing system, TeamDynamix, performed an upgrade between Midnight and 6 AM on October 26th, but there was an issue with how the system handles email generated by tickets. The vendor has fixed the issue, but any email sent in response to a ticket sent between 6 AM and 9:30 AM on October 26, would not have been associated with the ticket. The ITSM Tool Core Team will have access to the emails sent and will work to attach them to the proper ticket.
