Resolved Alert:

Cox has corrected the issue, it was a blown fuse.  All network services are restored at this time.

Initial Alert:

ITS is receiving reports of network outages in multiple locations at the University Townhouses.

We have worked with Cox and they will send out a technician to investigate the issue.
