            [0] => On Saturday February 20, prolong power outages happened in Fairfax and Science & Tech campuses.

As a result, one of the routers in the Fairfax campus (Blue Ridge core router BRCR) got corrupted after the power restored around 12pm.

The power disruption caused the redundant pair of routers to stop communicating and most of the configurations were wiped out.

Network engineer arrived onsite to work on the issue around 1pm and the issue was fixed around 4pm the same day.

Also, some switches at Merten Hall and Innovation buildings did not comeback after the power was restored but it was a quick fix by simply power-cycle them.
